Simple Mini Band Workout

Got mini bands? Got a chair? Got a few extra minutes? LETS DO THISSSS!!

This is the perfect workout to do at home or even at the office. On a boring conference call at work? This just might be the perfect way to multitask 😉

Mini bands have been a game changer to my fitness routine. Although they may just look like little pieces of rubber, wait until you FEEL the burn.

Disclaimer: These exercise look MUCH easier than they actually are, so if you’re up for the challenge, come give them a try!
